Nathalie is kerndocent bij de opleiding Creative Media and Game Technologies (CMGT) van het instituut Communicatie Media en Informatietechnologie (CMI).
Nathalie is actief binnen het project Design in the 21st Century. Daarbinnen voert Nathalie onderzoek uit naar ‘AI as a Design Material’.
Nathalie is sinds 2012 werkzaam bij Hogeschool Rotterdam en sinds die tijd ook actief bij het Kenniscentrum Creating 010.
