    Video 7: Les Nederlands

When studying in The Netherlands, and maybe also working in a part-time job, it can be very useful to know a few things about the local language. Even though the Dutch people are the most proficient non-native English speakers in the world, a lot of day to day communication is still in Dutch. Therefore, international students have to learn the Dutch language during their International Business program. You can choose it either as the Foreign Language in your curriculum or as an elective next to one of the other Foreign Languages.

In this video our lecturer Birgitte van Steen will teach you some basic Dutch sentences and words that you can use on a day to day basis. The course is taught on Elementary level and it will start with simple phrases. Slowly but surely you will become more acquainted with the Dutch vocabulary, the grammar and the pronunciation.
